How I Serve Clients

I’ve practiced as a trial attorney in personal injury, worker’s compensation, and criminal defense  in Massachusetts for more than 33 years.  I work hard for my clients and do not conclude their case until I get each one the best possible result.

Massachusetts Personal Injury Attorney Representation

As a personal injury law firm, our goal is to provide aggressive, top-notch legal representation to all of our clients.  We know that reaching a settlement with an insurance company or winning at arbitration or trial requires hard work and painstaking diligence.  Insurance companies are not in business to pay out large settlements when their policy holders are sued, even if the policy holders are at fault.

Instead, insurance companies typically offer low settlements and may complain that the victim is at fault for causing an accident or injury.  The more that insurance companies can shift blame to the injured, the lower their payout is likely to be.

We take on insurance companies and big corporations that have caused injury by providing aggressive legal representation.   We work hard for our clients throughout their case until the best possible result is reached.

Massachusetts Worker’s Compensation Attorney Representation

Often workers injured in the course of employment are provided with incorrect information, such as that they must go to a company-approved doctor, and must follow such doctor’s instructions regarding returning to work.  This is not true.  Nor is it true that a company’s decision about whether an injury is “work-related” determinative.

Our law firm worker’s compensation practice represents those injured while working. We advise injured workers of their rights under worker’s compensation statutes, and represent them in the course of seeking the rights to which they are entitled.

Many injured workers are reluctant to challenge company decisions about their injury for fear of causing bad feelings at the company.  In reality, in most cases, it is the worker’s compensation insurer, not the company, which is responsible for paying out worker’s compensation claims; thus injured employees should not be reluctant to seek all compensation to which they are legally entitled.

Massachusetts Criminal Defense Attorney Representation

Our criminal defense practice includes a variety of matters, including driving while under the influence.  Criminal charges are serious; thus it’s important to retain aggressive legal representation to fight for those charged with a crime.  It’s especially important to retain a criminal defense lawyer as soon as possible to make sure that the rights of the person charged are protected.
We can help.

Whether you’ve been injured by someone, hurt at work, or charged with a crime, we can help.  We provide aggressive representation for all of our clients and help them understand the legal, medical, and work-related aspects pertaining to their legal matter.
