For over 33 years, Attorney Steven Sabra has built a successful, experienced and reputable law practice serving the South Coast area which includes the areas of Somerset, Swansea, Fall River, Taunton, New Bedford and other surrounding communities representing those injured or killed on the job or as the result of the actions of others, and by representing those charged with crimes.  He has assembled an experienced and top-notch support staff that works as a team to protect the rights of our clients and aggressively represent their interests.

In personal injury, death cases, and worker’s compensation we vigorously work to achieve the outcome desired and maximize our clients’ recovery.  At the same time, we make sure that medical bills are correctly submitted and paid or negotiated before the case is over, and we ensure that our clients are not taken advantage of  by insurance companies and others.  We also look for opportunities to make sure that companies or manufacturers take appropriate action so that others are not hurt in the future.

In criminal defense cases, we work to protect the constitutional rights of our clients while achieving a successful resolution by trial or plea.  Attorney Sabra has represented criminal defendants on a variety of felony and misdemeanor cases in the Superior and District Courts, including rape, arson, bribery, indecent assault and battery, operating under the influence, assaults, and restraining order violations.

Clients who seek our services are given an honest assessment of their legal matter.  We select meritorious cases and then work vigorously to achieve the highest recovery.

We are not a “marketing law firm” designed primarily to refer cases to other firms, nor are we a “personal injury law factory” that works on volume.  We live, work, and have deep roots in the greater Fall River community, and take an active role in community organizations.  Many of our new clients are the result of referrals from our former clients, and we also accept select referrals from other lawyers who know we can achieve a successful result.
